One Year Limited Warranty:
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a part proves to be defective under normal use, the part will be repaired or replaced at The Outdoor Plus's discretion.
- Copper Construction: Covered for structural integrity; natural patina development is not covered as it is a natural characteristic of copper
- Water Fittings & Components: Covered for manufacturing defects and proper function
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty is void if the water bowl has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural patina development and color changes due to copper's natural aging process are not covered as these are inherent characteristics that enhance the beauty of the product.
Return Policy:
Each Maya Water Bowl is handcrafted individually with unique hammered textures, therefore all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for replacement options.
