Warranty & Returns
Warranty Policy:
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a part proves to be defective under normal use, the part will be repaired or replaced. Our obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.
- Electronics, Gas Valve, & Pilot Assembly: Commercial - 6 months; Residential - 1 year
- Stainless Steel Pan, Fire Ring, & Valve Box: Commercial - 1 year; Residential - 3 years
- GFRC Construction: Superior weather resistance and structural integrity with integral color durability
Warranty Exclusions:
Decorative stones and decorative glass are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if the fire bowl has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural gas lines must be installed by a licensed plumber only or local gas company agent.
Return Policy:
Please note: Each Square GFRC Concrete Maya Fire Bowl is hand-cast to order in your selected color, therefore all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for replacement options.
