Warranty Exclusions:
Decorative stones and decorative glass are not covered by this warranty. Natural patina development and surface variations due to the handcrafted nature are characteristic features, not defects. This warranty is void if the fire pit has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural gas lines must be installed by a licensed plumber only or local gas company agent.
Return Policy:
Each Linear Maya Fire Pit is individually handcrafted with unique characteristics that make every piece distinctive, therefore all sales are final. If your luxury product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for immediate replacement options.
