Warranty & Returns
One Year Limited Warranty:
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a part proves to be defective under normal use, the part will be repaired or replaced at The Outdoor Plus's discretion.
- Electronics, Gas Valve, & Pilot Assembly: Commercial - 6 months; Residential - 1 year
- Powder Coated Steel Construction: Covered for structural integrity and finish defects under normal use
Warranty Exclusions:
Decorative stones and decorative glass are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if the fire pit has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural gas lines must be installed by a licensed plumber only or local gas company agent.
Return Policy:
Each Linear Maya Fire Pit is handcrafted individually with unique characteristics, therefore all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for replacement options.
