The fireplace arrives with a stainless steel burner, glass deflector panels, and Clear Frost crushed fire glass, but requires 8 square feet of additional crushed glass media (sold separately). The package includes an owner’s manual and installation instructions, detailing gas and electrical connections, burner setup, and maintenance. Maintenance involves cleaning the stainless steel and glass with mild detergent, inspecting the burner and LED system, and winterizing in freezing climates by draining water and covering with a stainless steel weather door. A drain tray is recommended to prevent water buildup.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty: Empire Comfort Systems offers a Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty with a Five-Year Limited Labor Warranty for the combustion chamber and heat exchanger, a Five-Year Parts and Labor Warranty for all other components (except remote controls, thermostats, lights, and accessories), and a One-Year Parts Warranty for lighting systems and accessories. Repairs must be performed by a qualified technician, and the warranty applies to the original purchaser only, requiring proof of purchase.

Returns: Due to its heavy nature (198 lbs) and hazardous materials classification, the fireplace is non-returnable. Exchanges for defective units may be possible within 30 days, subject to restocking and shipping fees, per retailer policies.
