One Year Limited Warranty:
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a part proves to be defective under normal use, the part will be repaired or replaced at The Outdoor Plus's discretion.
- GFRC Construction: Covered for structural integrity; natural variations in color and texture due to handmade nature are not defects
- Water Fittings & Components: Covered for manufacturing defects and proper function
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty is void if the water bowl has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural variations in color and texture due to the handcrafted nature are characteristic features, not defects.
Return Policy:
Each Maya Water Bowl is handcrafted individually with unique characteristics, therefore all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for replacement options.
