Warranty & Returns
Warranty Policy:
The manufacturer warrants fire bowls against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function as follows:
- Electronics, Gas Valve, & Pilot Assembly: Commercial - 6 months; Residential - 1 year
- Stainless Steel Pan, Fire Ring, & Valve Box: Commercial - 1 year; Residential - 3 years
- Powder Coating: Covered against manufacturing defects in finish quality and adhesion
Warranty Exclusions:
Decorative stones and decorative glass are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if the fire bowl has been subject to negligence, alteration, misuse, repairs, dings, dents, scratches, or incorrect and/or prohibited applications as specified in the owner's manual. Natural gas lines must be installed by a licensed plumber only or local gas company agent.
Return Policy:
Please note: Each Square Powder Coated Steel Maya Fire Bowl is precision-manufactured to order, therefore all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please report within 3 business days of delivery for replacement options.
